What is water-soluble fertilizer?

  Water-soluble fertilizers, abbreviated as WSFs, are fully water-soluble, multi-component compound fertilizers that can be directly absorbed and utilized by crop roots or foliage.
  Classification of water-soluble fertilizers:
1. By nutrient content: WSFs can be categorized into macronutrient, micronutrient, and trace element fertilizers; WSFs containing amino acids or humic acids; and organic water-soluble fertilizers.
2. By form: Solid and liquid. Solid water-soluble fertilizers include powder and granular types; liquid water-soluble fertilizers can be further subdivided into clear liquid and suspension types.
3. By application method: Drip irrigation type, sprinkler irrigation type, flushing type, and foliar spray type.
